It would be fantastic if the expandable side bar that opens when you click on a patient appointment could list the day/date of the patient's next appointment.

Allow PT to add Precaution when documenting

It would save the clinician time if they could add a precaution to a patient's chart while in documenting in the note. As it is now, I can do that after I have added one precaution. But I have to click out of the note to add the first precaution.

Include patient's phone number on the waitlist

It would save the front desk time if the waitlist included the patient's phone number so that I didn't have to click off that page to go call the patient. Then I could call all the patient's quickly in succession.

When a patient calls and leaves a phone number without any other identifiable information or the voicemail gets broken up by service it would be helpful to reverse search for patient by phone number.
