User option to have those completed/signed off patients fall off of the tab list immediately after sign off?

When multiple patient notes are open there are multiple tabs across the top of the documentation screen. Once a note is signed off, the current workflow leaves the patient's tab at the top of the documentation screen. Could it be a user option to ...

During evaluations, you used to be able to click on a field and the entire text would be highlighted to be replaced, now, the cursor is entered and they must manually highlight to replace.

Before when clicking a blue item to type into the default "insert text" use to automatically remove but now when you click it the words remain there.

request for the KX modifiers to show in the chart notes to match the claim documentation
