Would like to see different color check marks for when a reeval is completed and when they add attachments they would like a Icon to show.

I am wanting to find out if there is a way that we can add another color indicator to the checkmark of our sign notes (in our ques). The initial eval is blue and all others are green (when signed). We are wanting a way to indicate when a re-eval has been completed or an attachment is added. Thanks.
