Alert to Staff about Billing Oddity

In RevFlow, there was a banner at the top in bright yellow that allowed the billing department to alert the therapists if there was an oddity about the insurance (modalities not allowed, auth needed). We discussed with our Clinicient team and determined that the precautions tab is not the appropriate place. Currently, we can put notices in the client editor but I do not think that is the most visible spot for alerts especially for therapists.
