Have reminder for Fax reminder for when a Doctor is added to case both INSIGHTGO and EMR

... it can take front office almost 3 to 4 days to get the correct POC signed and referring doctor information put on case. She is requesting that there be an internal reminder for staff - front desk - to fax the correct information to the referring doctors office after the initial eval and POC are in the patient's notes/chart.
