Need a quick total reference on the schedule in InsightGO. I'd like to have the ability to see the total number of scheduled patients and total number of arrived patients per day in my clinic.

InsightGO only allows for total patients per day/per therapist as seen in the ( ) next to the therapist name on the schedule. Without having to run a report in InsightEMR, I'd like to have the ability to see the total number of scheduled patients ...

Appeals Package works for self pay

Allow the appeals package to be run for Self Pay Patients (would allow attachments and chart notes to be ran). Current functionality does not- only those with claims going out to insurance

Appeals Package Allow When claims aren't needed to be able to print chart notes and attachments

Change appeals package to allow just chart notes or attachments to go through without having to create/sending claims as well. This would make the Appeals package a lot more powerful/versatile for faxing. Currently must select and send out claims ...
