Appeals Package works for self pay

Allow the appeals package to be run for Self Pay Patients (would allow attachments and chart notes to be ran). Current functionality does not- only those with claims going out to insurance

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality exists today in our Insight Billing product. Please navigate to Print -> Chart Notes -> Chart Notes with Attachments. This will allow just attachments and chart notes to be run.
