Need a quick total reference on the schedule in InsightGO. I'd like to have the ability to see the total number of scheduled patients and total number of arrived patients per day in my clinic.

InsightGO only allows for total patients per day/per therapist as seen in the ( ) next to the therapist name on the schedule. Without having to run a report in InsightEMR, I'd like to have the ability to see the total number of scheduled patients and total number of arrived patients per day in my clinic. Right now you have to manually calculate that total by adding each individual therapists patients for the day. Need a quick total reference on the schedule in InsightGO.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! We are planning to bring back the overall totals per provider and for all providers currently displayed but we do not yet have plans to differentiate scheduled vs. arrived in these totals so we will keep this idea for future consideration. Thanks so much!
