Appeals Package Allow When claims aren't needed to be able to print chart notes and attachments

Change appeals package to allow just chart notes or attachments to go through without having to create/sending claims as well. This would make the Appeals package a lot more powerful/versatile for faxing.

Currently must select and send out claims when faxing or skipping page range of claims when printing. for the appeals package to work. Would like the ability to print chart notes and attachments without claims.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality exists today in our Insight Billing product. Please navigate to Print -> Chart Notes -> Chart Notes with Attachments. This will allow just attachments and chart notes to be run.
