Auth Tracking - to allow multiple lines of auth for specific dx or body part.

Work Comp Payers like to provide auth for multiple body parts (dx) and the # of visits will not be the same. So we need the tracker to allow us to add example: 10 visits for low back and 20 visits for neck pain. And tie that into the documentation...

Credit Cards to be an option when giving refunds currently it is a choice when taking a payment but not refunding type.

why we don't allow our refund system to have CREDIT CARDS as an option? So where they have the list on corrections and doing a refund credit cards are not an option?

Improved communication between initial evaluation and POC Tracker

Recommended for improved compliance to have the duration in the initial evaluation automatically populate in the POC Tracker. If these dates due not match there is a potential risk for the dates of services not being covered under that specific POC.
