Type-ahead staff name for tasks

Would be more time efficient to be able to type in the beginning of the name and have the list scroll right to that area (you can only type the first letter and the letter is way at the bottom of the list making it hard to scroll) Also feel like there is a lot of scrolling to create the task in general, versus just opening the box on EMR and all fields visible
