I am writing to report an Issue with the Task Feature between Insight Go and Classic and, specifically, that Tasks that are Replied Too from Insight Go are not being delivered to the “inbox” of the sender. For example, we use the Task Feature for patient assignments and a therapist is notified via task that there is a new patient to be called for an evaluation. If, for example, an InsightGo Therapist replies stating “sorry, I can’t take the patient” or “patient prefers a female” the reply to the task is not being delivered back to the Task F2 screen of the sender but is saving in the Client Editor. Since the task is not delivered, we are not aware of the reply and it is resulting in significant delays in getting patients seen and also complaints (which is prompting the return to this issue).
