Ability to Edit Therapist Availability in IGO

Spanish Schedule Print out Option

Hi, I would love for there to be an option under the Reports (F8) tab, an option under administrative to print the patients schedules in Spanish. There is currently only an English option. A high percent of our patients are Spanish speaking.

Have an alert set up 5 visits before the patient's limit of visits end

I just noticed that my patient only has one visit left because I just had a hunch that their visits may be up. Any chance you can make an alert or change the visit number to red 5 visits before their alloted visits are exhausted?

Secondary Payor Visible in Authorizations

When you click on authorizations in a note both the primary and secondary payor should be visible. We are missing out on POCs where Medicare is the secondary payor. It should also show up in the sidebar of the schedule when you click on a patient....

d/c the case after sending a d/c summary- InsightGO

I would love to see a pop-up window after I send a "discharge summary" fax that asks "would you like to discharge this case?" That way I do not have to d/c the case manually through the case editor tab. Is that possible?

Recurring appointments option

Allowing a "recurring appointments" option would make scheduling much easier especially for patients who like to come same day, same time.

Task Notification for Therapists

Pop-up notifications for open tasks: If a therapist is assigned a task for a particular patient, a pop-up message appears when opening a new PT note stating there is an outstanding task assigned to them for that patient.
