Requesting to see the "authorization check box" on a patient's account within the case. Today , the check box is only visible at the overall payer level. This is needed because, when a patient comes in for the evaluation, a flag is needed for the front office to know if an authorization is needed. Right now, [name] is commenting in the case that it is needed but, this does not always get checked. If they had some way of getting notified at check-in that would be perfect. There are many times people cover or work at other offices and being as they are not used to the patients at that office, initial and continuation auth's can be missed.
