We are currently working on an feature scheduled to be deployed with the next InsightGO release that is meant to help address this pain point.
We will be adding a check box to the Guarantor section of the Case where the user can elect to "Prompt for Cash Pay". This will then open the cash register automatically (like we currently do for copays) when the visit is arrived in IGO and show a note detailing the amounts meant to be collected via our standard workflow.

Thank you for the update! Glad to see it'll be an option for IGO. Our office staff does not use IGO, will it be an option and available for desktop Insight?
