a way to trigger a prompt/link when a therapist faxes an initial evaluation that quickly allows them to click over to patient's case and add the POC and Progress note at the same time as sending the evaluation

POC tracking for discharge patients

For Plan of Care, when a patient is discharged they will come off of the report, is there a way to track those Plan of Cares so we don't lose them? In order to be medicare complient we need to have them signed.

Improved communication between initial evaluation and POC Tracker

Recommended for improved compliance to have the duration in the initial evaluation automatically populate in the POC Tracker. If these dates due not match there is a potential risk for the dates of services not being covered under that specific POC.
