Ability to add POC and PN trackers within documentation

Recent update allows therapists to add diagnosis codes and make changes to case notes without leaving the documentation. It would be REALLY beneficial if we could also add Plan of Care Trackers in this space. Most therapists do not edit the case notes, so if space is a concern could swap POC Trackers for case notes in therapist tools.
