Move PN/POC Placement on Case Tab

Prior to one of the updates, the PN/POC placement on the case tab was underneath the diagnosis codes. Since the update, the PN/POC is reported in a column 1/3 the size of the screen and causes the info to text wrap and is very difficult to read and discern. If placed back under the diagnosis codes, the PN/POC information would be visible in one line vs 3 lines and makes much easier to see when generating new PN/POC information.

It would also be helpful if the PN and POC information were different colors to help differentiate easily between PN and POC.
