POC Alerts for Medicare as Secondary

When asked "Does the system alerts for Plan of Care when Medicare is secondary?" We were advised that the POC alerts is designed for primary payers only. We would like to request to have the POC alerts to be added for when Medicare is the secondary payer as well. any patient who has Medicare / Managed Medicare as their secondary have to follow all the same rules as if it were their primary. If the therapist is not alerted for a POC or when a PN is due, they will not do it and then the note would not be Medicare Compliant. This would possibly cause a denial if the chart was audited by Medicare at some point.
