POC tracking for discharge patients

For Plan of Care, when a patient is discharged they will come off of the report, is there a way to track those Plan of Cares so we don't lose them? In order to be medicare complient we need to have them signed.

Can POC track length of POC in both days and number of visits?

In the POC tracker…I see a spot to tracks the length of the POC in days and the number of visits. Will it track both? For example if I want to indicate that my POC is good for 90 days or 24 visits will it keep a tracker for both parameters if ente...

a way to trigger a prompt/link when a therapist faxes an initial evaluation that quickly allows them to click over to patient's case and add the POC and Progress note at the same time as sending the evaluation

It is standard to manually add a POC to the patient's case when completing a patient's initial evaluation. It would also be standard to add a progress report to the patient's case after a therapist completes and sends a progress note to the doctor...

Improved communication between initial evaluation and POC Tracker

Recommended for improved compliance to have the duration in the initial evaluation automatically populate in the POC Tracker. If these dates due not match there is a potential risk for the dates of services not being covered under that specific POC.

Add POC tracking to L column in Classic EMR

Add POC tracking to the left column on the scheuduling tab in Classic EMR. In InsightGo the information is in L hand column when patient is highlighted on scheudle, would be nice to have in Classic version also
