Include patient's phone number on the waitlist

It would save the front desk time if the waitlist included the patient's phone number so that I didn't have to click off that page to go call the patient. Then I could call all the patient's quickly in succession.

Print a daily schedule with patient's name and phone number. We are in Hurricane alley and need to be able to notify patients of openings and closings. Others may have similar issues for next day contacting.

It would help with contacting patients when landlines are down and ability to have contacts in hand when systems are down, as well.

Add/Remove chart template similar to how you can add/remove categories by checking/unchecking

if you add template by mistake need to cancel, reschedule and re arrive visit. Would be nice to have it similar to the areas and categories where you can just check or unck and they are added/removed. Would be smoother and quicker.

authorization flag when patient is checked in

Have a flag pop up when patient is checked in for appointment letting front desk/therapist checking in patient to know how many visits are left under authorization and if the auth has expired prior to patient being brought back for treatment.
