When working on charges or any other tab within Insight Billing, you are allowed to move and sort columns anyway you'd like, but they don't stay that way once you've moved to a different tab or logged out. For example, the type of insurance a patient has is important to the charge entry portion of billing for our facility and I have to scroll over each time, or I move it to where I can easily see it but it doesn't stay there. Why can't this be applied like it is on favorited reports? Or maybe hiding columns that we don't always need to view.
