authorization flag when patient is checked in

Have a flag pop up when patient is checked in for appointment letting front desk/therapist checking in patient to know how many visits are left under authorization and if the auth has expired prior to patient being brought back for treatment.

    While we have not pinpointed the exact changes that will be introduced yet, we are in the process of evaluating some overall improvements to Auth Tracking and will keep this idea in mind as we work through those discussions.

    PLEASE PLEASE...Clinicient MUST create a better authorization tracking system. A window should pop up with every patient upon check in that says " ten visits left on authorizatoin that will END on */**/****. " The therapist should have a pop up when writing a note that the patient is on vist # out of ** authorized. When a clinic has 100 patient a day, and 15 of them are managed care, ...it would be of great service to have every stopgap possible. There are so many please on the ideas portal for this and Clinicient isn't answering or even TRYING to create anything for this.
