Apply patient payments automatically

Can applying patient payments be automated? It is very time consuming and tedious to apply pt pmts through Payments/Cash Collections and uncheck the charges boxes so the pmt is applied to the older charge first...then apply the pmt. Please tell me...

Would just like to apply all with one button, but if not, those that have 1 date of service, have one button and they get applied

Cash register after arriving appointment

Currently if the patient has a balance the cash register opens as soon as you arrive the appointment, while this may be helpful for the front desk it is a pain for the clinical staff as it adds yet another click to the process of doing notes

Request to remove payment type of "Cash"

The client would like to remove the cash payment type option in the cash register as they do not accept cash payments.

When a client pays the receipt in IGO states Overpaid when the payment is a credit to the account would like this changed to Prepaid for services.

When a paymnet is taken for coinsurance and or Deductible and will be a credit on the account in IGO the receipt shows as overpaid which is confusing to Patients.
