Would like the cash register to prompt for secondary payers.

Hello, Not sure if I picked the correct category but when a patient arrives and has a copay on their secondary ( mostly medicare patients) The cash register does not auto populate and pop open when the patient is arrived. That leads to missed cash revenue at the time of the patients appointment. Is this a glitch or should it not populate since the copay is added into the system under the secondary insurance? Thank you
