Include patient's phone number on the waitlist

It would save the front desk time if the waitlist included the patient's phone number so that I didn't have to click off that page to go call the patient. Then I could call all the patient's quickly in succession.

Apply patient payments automatically

Can applying patient payments be automated? It is very time consuming and tedious to apply pt pmts through Payments/Cash Collections and uncheck the charges boxes so the pmt is applied to the older charge first...then apply the pmt. Please tell me...
