    Hello - we need to issue a correction on this idea:

    In the coming InsightGO 3.7 release, we will be displaying the patient's preferred name on the schedule block but we have not yet begun work on printing the patient's preferred name and will be updating the status of this back to Future Consideration.

    not sure what a preferred name is. If their name is James and they like Jim, that would be okay. If their name is James and they want to be called Mary then I would say no.
