Attachments section

It is difficult to read documents in the attachments section. If it could default documents to be larger or provide a larger window for veiwing this would assist chart review and ease of beginning a patient encounter.

Add name of patient's insurance on sign-off page

Add the name of the patient's insurance somewhere on the sign-off page every time I am signing a note so that I can quickly reference which insurance needs different billing cpt codes to be efficient with billing value

Feedback New Layout Case Information- POC section is being cut off with new layout.
