Header with Identifiers for Attachments

Can a Header/Footer be added to all documents that are printed from the system (including chart notes, attachments, letters, etc) that includes the patient name and Patient ID number? Attachments that are printed currently do not have the identifiers unless written prior to, which we are working on, but a fail safe Header would ensure they appear now that they are added into the system. Thank you!
