Front office staff are missing entering many of the ref and auth tracker fields and this may be having adverse effects on being able to generate claims efficiently, "Can we make exp & visit # for referral and auth required fields?"

Add Height and Weight to Client Editor or other area so it can be added to the template for Medication List.

Medication list is required by Humana for authorization for all patients and Humana requires a BMI (height and weight calculation). The clinic would like to request this be added to the Client Editor and then to the template.

CPT codes for cash pay (guarantor)

Cash rates Wants all of the CPT codes listed, but have a cash rate- i.e. it writes it off. Stops billing after the cash rate, or adjusts off. Lists CPT code Submit for reimburshment from insurance companies and companies like Medishare and AFLAC.

Text Alerts for Patients

I would like to ask whether or not the text alerts can be sent earlier than 24hrs prior to appt as well as the day of the appt. Are we able to customize this feature at all? Thank you!
