Additional field request in patient information or case

Hello! We would like to request an additional field in the patient information or case. We need the ability to report on if a patient/resident resides in independent living, assisted living, or memory care. Also, if you have suggestions for an existing field we can edit to accomplish this goal, I would be open to that. Thank you!
