Adding a new field to Client Editor, Personal Information Tab Sowing For example 3x/week for 6 weeks

Hello, Would it be possible to add a field in the Demographics, Additional Info or Account Information section? We need to add a field for #visits/week and another one for Duration. Is that is possible.

We would prefer it on the Personal Information tab

When we run our patient care report we have to manually type in how many times/wk the dr is recommending and for how many weeks (duration) For example 3x/week for 6 weeks on the rx from the MD. Our owner wants to see percentages as to how many times a patient is actually seen vs. how many times was initially recommended and if they have been seen for the entire duration of their RX.
