Can clinicians be “required” to use a chart template?

Request to disable to ability to freely add documentation items or Areas outside of a chart template.

Add Photos in documentation

We want to be able to add photos / images / pictures to the body of our documentation. (We do endoscopy and need to be able to attach photographs to reports, but I'm sure there are other applications where this could be useful as well!)

Can POC track length of POC in both days and number of visits?
