Automatically include assessment, plan, and CPT codes in future visits

Currently if we do not click the "include all from this section" it doesn't carry over our plan that we set up at the evaluation, nor the assessment which helps create medical necessity, nor any commonly used CPT codes that were not utilized in that visit. That requires us to click all those boxes on every single note we type. This was not the case with the classic EMR. Basically make it function like the old clinicient in this regard.
