Apply button is greyed out

After "completing a goal" if the pt regresses, there is no way to unclick the completed goal and reset that goal. The apply button is grayed out. I was told by tech support that I need to delete the goal and rewrite it as a new one. This isn't accurate in showing the patient's history of baseline, meeting the goal, then regressing and needing to work back toward that goal.
