New IGO schedule: Being able to double click to add an appt vs right click. Just makes things faster

Enhance calendar in top right corner

Enhancement for calendar in top corner where you see the day. When you click on it, have it go to the current time of day. Default to appointment at current time.

warnings are not visible on copy and paste appointment

The edit appointment dialogue window is no longer set to open when users are copy/pasting an appointment. However, when a patient has warnings that the scheduler/user needs to know about, they are only visible at appt creation and not when copying...
