warnings are not visible on copy and paste appointment

The edit appointment dialogue window is no longer set to open when users are copy/pasting an appointment. However, when a patient has warnings that the scheduler/user needs to know about, they are only visible at appt creation and not when copying/pasting. Requesting this to be a user setting.
