be able to change the type of note from inside the note.

To change a visit from a follow up to a progress note or re-eval you have to go out of your note to the schedule. It would be nice to have an option to change the type of note from the note.

Automatically close note when signed

As soon as we sign a note make the note close rather than leave the tab at the top of the screen. Currently I am required to click to close that note in order to remove it. Again its only one click but I have to do that a dozen times a day every d...

List DOB under Name/Legal Name at the top left of patient menu in InsightGO

It's valuable to have the DOB visible while working in the Insurance tab while verifying benefits. Switching from the Insurance tab to the Demographics tab to get the DOB and then switching back to Insurance to fill in benefits causes delays.

Add/Remove chart template similar to how you can add/remove categories by checking/unchecking

if you add template by mistake need to cancel, reschedule and re arrive visit. Would be nice to have it similar to the areas and categories where you can just check or unck and they are added/removed. Would be smoother and quicker.

Add Photos in documentation

We want to be able to add photos / images / pictures to the body of our documentation. (We do endoscopy and need to be able to attach photographs to reports, but I'm sure there are other applications where this could be useful as well!)
