Automatically close note when signed

As soon as we sign a note make the note close rather than leave the tab at the top of the screen. Currently I am required to click to close that note in order to remove it. Again its only one click but I have to do that a dozen times a day every day. This would benefit every single therapist and make things more efficient by reducing the extraneous clicks throughout the days work flow.
