No PHI should be included and application issues should be still be reported to Clinicient Support.
We would like to request that the default sorting be newest at the top in Billing. Once you get a repeat patient and they have been here several times, it is a lot of scrolling or resorting or filtering to get to what you need to see.
Especially with Pediatric patients that can be patients for months....
Some of the screens this is an issue on are:
Account/Claim Details tab, Ledger tab, Statement tab, Copay Ledger
Corrections / Patient Payments (sort so soonest payment at top)
It's already sorted this way for appointments in the Client Editor and the notes, so would like these other areas resorted as well. thanks!
