Referral Source no NPI

We should be able to set up a referral source without needing to enter a doctor's information and NPI. We get referrals from other places besides doctors and would like to be able to track where those are coming from. Like the Self Referred option but allow us to set it up and name it ourselves without the requirement of needing an actual doctor/NPI put in.
