In IGO, the appointment count includes failed appointments. This number is misleading. It would be better if there was some kind of breakdown with arrived, scheduled and failed appointments for an easy overview of the patient appointment history and upcoming appointments. Please give me a call if you need more information. I have attached an example of this issue. Patient XXXXX shows 4 appointments on their record. Two appointments arrived, one appointment cancelled and one appointment scheduled. Being able to see this info at a glance instead of having to open the appointments would be very helpful.
