Appointment Totals Not Showing

would like to be able to see visits next to name of provider. We had this prior to the change in schedule view last week.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! We have a feature that should be a solution for this idea that is in progress and will be part of our next IGO Release. We plan to show appointment totals by Provider and a Total for all Providers displayed at the top of the page as well.

Appointments total display issue

In IGO, the appointment count includes failed appointments. This number is misleading. It would be better if there was some kind of breakdown with arrived, scheduled and failed appointments for an easy overview of the patient appointment history a...
