Alert scheduler when the patient does not have any further appointments scheduled ie an alert on the Last Appt Merged

Would like to be able to add feature that reminds the scheduler when they have scheduled a patients last appointment. Could be as simple as a indicator/message that says "last appointment". This may serve as a reminder to help make sure patients are getting scheduled and not falling through the cracks.
