add last scheduled visit notice

It would be a great feature for our office staff if you could add a feature to the schedule tab (maybe a symbol that occurs within a patient appointment block) that indicates that the current appointment is their last scheduled appointment. Example: if a patient is being seen 2x/wk for 4 weeks, but only prefers to schedule week to week, occasionally they leave without scheduling and we don't catch it quick enough with reports.

    this is a MUST. A simple report that lists all active patients LAST appointment. We need to be able PLAN for the following weeks.
