They want to create their own individual chart template that they can lay on top of an existing “clinic-wide” template.

Timer built in for timed tests

I wish it had the ability to have a timer built in for timed test that we could hit start and finish and it record it in patients note/eval, like other programs I have used

Add/Remove chart template similar to how you can add/remove categories by checking/unchecking

if you add template by mistake need to cancel, reschedule and re arrive visit. Would be nice to have it similar to the areas and categories where you can just check or unck and they are added/removed. Would be smoother and quicker.

authorization flag when patient is checked in

Have a flag pop up when patient is checked in for appointment letting front desk/therapist checking in patient to know how many visits are left under authorization and if the auth has expired prior to patient being brought back for treatment.

Make employer and Insurance ID # required fields for scheduling

Would like Employer and Insurance ID #s to be required in order to create an appointment (like Name and DOB are currently).

Scheduling - default case to match discipline of therapist for appointment

Consider making the case default when scheduling to the case whose discipline matches the credentialing of the therapist for this appointment

Enhance calendar in top right corner

Enhancement for calendar in top corner where you see the day. When you click on it, have it go to the current time of day. Default to appointment at current time.

Easily change location without having to delete appointment

Would like an easy way to change locations on an appointment, rather than having to fully delete the appointment and recreate it
