Include patient's phone number on the waitlist

It would save the front desk time if the waitlist included the patient's phone number so that I didn't have to click off that page to go call the patient. Then I could call all the patient's quickly in succession.

Automatically add No Show/ Cancel Fee when cancelling the visit from the schedule

Because appointment cancels/no shows are often marked by non-front desk staff, fees are often forgotten. It would be convenient if changing status of appts to no show or cx would automatically pop-up the cash register with the question "do you wan...

Option to label letters in GO

We would like there to be an option to Label the letter (script, unexpected Discharge, CORF meeting, etc). When I had a user save as pdf all it does is show in attachments as printed letters. We won't ever be able to find anything.

adding next appointment to side bar

It would be fantastic if the expandable side bar that opens when you click on a patient appointment could list the day/date of the patient's next appointment.

Apply patient payments automatically

Can applying patient payments be automated? It is very time consuming and tedious to apply pt pmts through Payments/Cash Collections and uncheck the charges boxes so the pmt is applied to the older charge first...then apply the pmt. Please tell me...
