Payer Alerts - Pop-up at the payer level

Would like to be able to add an alert at the payer level that would pop up to remind the therapist. Ex: payer only allows 4 units per day.

Company-wide spell check changes

Is there anyway to add items to our company wide spell check? We are using this tool as a "short-hand" assistant for documenting because of it's find/replace feature and would like to add some common phrases.

System Status Page

Almost every web-based software platform has a status page that let's us know when there's an outage. The current system of there being random tickets with little to no information, and riddled with grammatical and spelling errors aren't very help...

When a client pays the receipt in IGO states Overpaid when the payment is a credit to the account would like this changed to Prepaid for services.

When a paymnet is taken for coinsurance and or Deductible and will be a credit on the account in IGO the receipt shows as overpaid which is confusing to Patients.
