Cash register after arriving appointment

Currently if the patient has a balance the cash register opens as soon as you arrive the appointment, while this may be helpful for the front desk it is a pain for the clinical staff as it adds yet another click to the process of doing notes

Add Virtual Credit card as a Payment method

When manually entering a payment we have only three options, check, EFT, and EOB only. We receive many virtual credit card payments. How can we add a VCC option?
