Preview of appointment note on schedule view

Rather than the name of the clinic the on the appointment in the schedule view. It would be beneficial to have a preview to the appointment note, if there was one added.

Would like to be able to send tasks within the client editor.

Allow for Tasking while in the client editor. Currently have to close out of the client editor to generate a task.

Add the Payer Category to the Outstanding POC report

Currently this report only has the primary payer listed as a column and sporting by payer category would be extremely helpful for us.

Waitlist Notification

is there a way the wait list bell can change color on the days there is a wait list to alert the therapist there is someone on the wait list vs having to check. thank you.

Printing more than 1 chart note at a time

We are having some issues switching over to InsightGO from the desktop application. Please see below -can't print more than 1 page for chart notes when we have a records request, we need to be able to print multiple days worth of chart notes.

Payment Correction - Ability to Add/Edit Denial Codes

Anything printed from Insight Go or CLassic EMR is saved to attachments.

When we use Print Appeals package or Chart notes in Classic, and fax it to someone for medical records request, this does not save in attachments in client record. The only way to show we completed this is to then add a note or print out hundreds ...

Request for chart template to save collapsed when working between records
